December 2012 Prayer Letter

Dear Friends and Family,

We hope that each of you have had a wonderful Thanksgiving. God is good ALL THE TIME! Once again, this has been an incredibly busy month, and we thank God for that! We were privileged to be in 7 scheduled meetings, including one missions conference. We drove over 3,200 miles through the states of OH, PA, TN, IN, VA, and WV. In November, we saw 2 new supporting churches and 1 more church that has pledged to support our ministry.

During the middle of November, Jeremy was able to take a short mission trip to Nicaragua. It was a great opportunity to build relationships with national pastors as well as take a deeper look into Puerto Cabezas as the future location of our long-term ministry. He was also able to attend the Bible Institute graduation in Managua. It was encouraging to see all of the graduates- each one representing another church where the Gospel will be preached. It was also an encouragement to see the fruit of missions. So many lives have been changed, yet there are still so many lost souls across Nicaragua. By faith, we believe that God can and will do great things through each of us. But, it is our responsibility to be faithful and obedient to His purposes for our lives.

While Jeremy was in Nicaragua, Michelle and Lila were able to spend a little extra time with her family in TN. When Jeremy returned to the states, we celebrated Thanksgiving at Michelle's Aunt and Uncle's house. Having so much more than food and raiment (I Timothy 6:8), we have so much to be thankful for.

We are so thankful for all of your prayers and support. During our travels, we have seen God's hand of protection time and time again. We are thankful for all of your sacrifice, and we know that God will reward it with eternal fruit. For the month of December, please pray:
  1. That God will help us to be a blessing and encouragement to others.
  2. That God will use us as witnesses everywhere we go.
  3. That God will help us to quickly raise the rest of our needed support.
May each of you have a wonderful Christmas!

In Christ,
Jeremy and Michelle Blanz
